    The Inside Scoop

Insight from Mark Hojegian, Activities Director for the Alpine Initiative:

“There are many reasons to attend. The obvious reason is to learn valuable leadership principles and bring your team together, but because of the incredible Colorado landscape and pure excitement of our outdoor activities, you could also send managers as a reward for top performance or as part of a retention plan for high potentials.”

“Participants are always caught off guard by the energy in the air at our workshops. Remember the last time you were at a seminar and your food coma made it impossible for you to stay awake in the afternoon session? That doesn’t happen here. Just when you’re getting comfortable in your chair and your head starts to drop, is when we pull you out and hand you a snowmobile helmet or a climbing harness”

Alpine Initiative’s clients have used these experiential activities to build on various principals within their organizations including, but not limited to…
    • Sales training
    • Executive coaching
    • Team dynamics intervention
    • Selling value chain assessment
    • Sales process innovation
    • Business planning
    • Business strategy
    • Sales pursuit assistance
    • Compelling value proposition development
    • Large account workshop facilitation
