Motivated and responsible employees are driven to work together, to help their peers and to achieve peak results.To enable this, workshop emphasis is placed on core principles behind motivating and leading people. They include effective communication competencies and building community in the workplace.
This experiential workshop is designed for managers, executives and senior leaders looking for advanced competency in pulling vs. pushing their people to reaching peak organizational potential. Instruction and exercise facilitation are provided by experts with extensive experience in leadership and team development. Workshops are limited to twenty participants per session to maximize personal interactivity and hands-on application of workshop principles.

GPS Snowmobile Quest

- This high powered initiative will test your team spirit and encourage leaders to impart purpose and ownership in others. Participants will gear up and learn proper snowmobiling techniques as well as receive training in operating GPS units. Teams will have a short time to formulate strategies before charging into the wilderness and beginning the adventure. Your guide will help you become one with the forest as your team rushes to find hidden objects and perform critical activities located throughout the mountainous terrain. High alpine wilderness rescue specialists at each activity station will require teams to learn practical and essential alpine winter survival skills. While focusing on effective communications, you will get team members involved, put individual strengths to use, and share all the risks and rewards.

Tyrolean Traverse Rescue Rigging

- In this advanced performance initiative, teams are challenged to construct a natural bridge made out of static line ropes and other safety equipment. Instruction and exercise facilitation is provided by certified high alpine rescue experts in the field with extensive experience in leadership development. Team members will be provided with a variety of independent specialist roles critical to the overall success of this initiative. This task encourages individuals to come together as a unit, successfully build the traverse and safely get the whole team across it.

Let’s Get Cooking

- As the leader of your business unit, you are inviting your team to dinner to let them know you and they will soon be kicking off a new initiative. You are honoring them by personally preparing and serving for them this evening. You gather the troops and work with obscure ingredients and specific instructions to prepare culinary creations where all members play critical roles in conceptualization and preparation of a complete dinner menu. You’ll work on creating an atmosphere of cooperation where you’ll increase communication, achieve new skills, and enhance camaraderie in a non-threatening atmosphere. In the end everyone sits down to enjoy the feast.
Specifics
The Alpine Villa is Located at the base of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge Colorado approximately 70 miles West of Denver. Workshop cost is $3500 per person based on double occupancy. Group discounts are available. Cost includes accommodations, food/beverages, workshop prerequisite planning, workshop instruction, workbook, outdoor exercise facilitation, equipment rental and supplies. Workshops begin at 6pm on Wednesday and conclude at 4pm on Friday. Ask about extended night(s) at the luxurious Alpine Villa as Breckenridge offers endless visitor amenities as well as world class skiing at 7 different ski resorts within 30 miles.
